Available position:
Qualification:
- D3/S1 graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the field of factory utilities, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or other manufacturing industries based on strict regulations (GMP).
- Willing to work in an on-call system and coordinate the team in emergency conditions.
Technical Competence:
- Understand the working principles and maintenance of utility equipment such as: Electrical, Boiler, Chiller, AHU, Compressor, Genset, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).
- Mastering the distribution system of air, water, and energy (electricity and steam).
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings, P&ID, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
- Mastering the use of technical measuring instruments such as manometers, clamp meters, flow meters, etc.
Documentation Competency:
- Able to compile and maintain technical documentation such as: SOP, Work Instruction, Logbook, Maintenance Form, Check sheet, and Damage report.
- Understand the principles of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Able to create weekly/monthly reports for utility activities and KPI achievements.
- Able to compile preventive maintenance schedules and audit documentation.
Soft Skill:
- Able to lead and coordinate a team of utility technicians.
- Able to communicate effectively with other departments (Production, QA, QC, Engineering).
- Have an understanding of the quality management system and occupational safety (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Disciplined, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and have high initiative.
Value-Added:
- Have certification related to utilities (eg: boiler operator, general K3, PLC, etc.).
- Experience in assisting or facing external audits (BPOM, ISO, etc.).
- Have been involved in installation projects or development of utility systems.
